Each month, your promotional postcard is mailed to businesses that have recently opened to your area.
Program Specifics
The postcard – The postcard is a standard 4 ¼ by 5 ¾ inch card which is designed with your logo, business information, and promotional message to introduce your business to new businesses in a compelling fashion.
The list – The list consists of businesses in your geographic area that have been added to a major business database in the last month. The business database contains well over 14,000,000 businesses and is updated, from a variety of sources, on a weekly basis. Your geographic area can be defined as a city (or list of cities), a zip code (or list of zip codes), or the radius around a zip code or address – with the radius being measured in tenths of a mile. Your selection criteria can also limit the businesses to be contacted to certain industries.
Exclusivity – While you participate in the program, we will not provide the Monthly “New Businesses” Program to any other business of your type in your geographic area.
The mailing – The mailing occurs automatically each month. You are provided with a report of businesses who are included in the mailing.
The cost – There is a 1-time setup charge of $250. This covers designing your postcard and establishing the specific geography and industries for your mailings. Each monthly mailing costs $35 plus $.75 for each postcard mailed. The cost includes the list of new movers, the postcard, printing, postage, and all handling costs for the mailing.
