Description

DataMart provides an outbound business-to-business telemarketing service in which DataMart personnel make marketing telephone calls in the client’s target market – acting as representatives of the client. The client is charged for time spent at a standard hourly rate, based on the level of service.

Because of legal and privacy issues, DataMart chooses not to engage in telemarketing to the consumer. We would be happy to assist with a referral.

How Does It Work

The steps to a telemarketing program with DataMart are as follows:

The target market is identified.  The client provides a list of customers or prospects to be called or DataMart secures a list of businesses within the market defined by the client.

A dialog is created.  DataMart and the client agree upon a script that will accomplish the client’s objectives. The client provides additional information that will enable the telemarketer to be responsive to questions and any material that might be sent to the prospect.

The marketing calls are made. The telemarketer calls each record in the list, asks for the appropriate individual in the company being called and executes the script. Any appropriate material is faxed or emailed to the prospect. “Hot” leads are passed to the client immediately. The results of each call are entered into the list and into a log file.

The dialog is fine-tuned.  Based on the results of the telemarketing, any useful changes to the dialog are implemented.

The campaign is completed.  Using the refined dialog, the campaign is completed.

Reporting and invoicing. Comprehensive reporting on the results of the project and invoices are sent to the client on a regular basis.
