Most telemarketing projects are billed on a per hour rate basis which includes any telephone toll charges. DataMart’s call center per hour pricing is based on the level of experience that is required of the telemarketer. The hourly prices listed below can be used as a guideline; however the hourly rate actually quoted for a project will be based on the size of the project, the script and mechanics of the call, and the knowledge and creativity required of the telemarketer.

  • Prequalification: $32.50/hour
  • Appointment Setting: $37.50/hour
  • List Cleansing and Updating: $32.50/hour
  • Sales: $55/hour
  • Customer/Member Communications: $32.50/hour
  • Order Taking: $37.50/hour

For "follow-up" communications, the following transaction prices apply:

  • Fax: $.10/page
  • Email: $.10/email
  • Mail: $1.00 plus actual postage per letter
  • Large mail pieces: TBQ

For projects with a minimum billing of $1,000 there are no standard setup charges. Any campaign with a commitment of less than $1,000 would incur a setup charge in addition to the per hour call costs and transaction costs.

Prepayment of the minimum billing is required. Either a company check or a pre-authorized credit card charge will suffice.
